Relevant Agreement1．委托方已与被委托方签订《新连锁进口商品寄售服务协议》（编号
），并承诺向被委托方履行该协议规定的相关义务。
Consignor has signed NCEN Import（Export）Transaction Service Agreement (No.) with Consignee, and promised Consignee to perform the relevant obligation of the Agreement.
2．委托方已详细了解“央视宽带数据广播网商品信息播发说明”（简称《播发说明》，见附件）的内容，并在本合同签订之日按照《播发说明》中的播发规定向被委托方提供了商品信息【包括企业及其产品证明文件、信息载体光盘（全帧720×576未进行文件压缩的AVI格式）及播发内容】，并由播发机构审核。
Consignor has perused Contents of CCTV D.B.N. Commodity Information Broadcast Notification（for short Broadcast Notification, see the enclosure），and has submitted commodity information 【including qualifications of enterprise and its products, broadcast carrier （the whole frame 720×576 not compressed AVI format）and broadcast contents】 to Consignee for verification of Broadcast Institute according to the stipulation of the Broadcast Notification.

3．被委托方在本合同签订之日向委托方提供播发机构出具的《商品信息播发受理通知单》，如委托方所提交的播发信息内容通过播发机构播发审查，被委托方在本合同注明的最迟“播发日期”后1个工作日内向委托方提供播发机构出具的《商品信息播发通知单》。
Consignee shall offer Commodity Information Broadcast Acceptance Advice issued by Broadcast Institute to Consignor on the date this Contract signed. If the contents of broadcast information Consignor submitted pass the verification of Broadcast Institute, Consignee shall offer Commodity Information Broadcast Advice issued by Broadcast Institute to Consignor within 1 working-day after the latest broadcast date indicated in this Contract.
4．本合同签订之日起30日内，如果委托方提交的商品信息没有通过中视公司的审核，委托方应在本合同签订之日起40日内向被委托方支付120美元的商品信息播发业务代办服务费，并按中视公司的要求修改相关信息重新提交。
Shall commodity information which Consignor presented fail to pass verification of CCTV Information Media Co. within 30days after this contract being signed, Consignor shall pay USD120 to Consignee within 40days after this contract being signed as service charge of commodity information broadcast and represent the documents and information to CCTV Information Media Co. after amending accordingly.

5．本合同签订之日起90日内，如果委托方提交的商品信息仍没有通过中视公司的审核，被委托方有权单独终止执行本合同，已收取的商品信息播发业务代办服务费不予退回。
Shall commodity information which Consignor presented fail to pass verification of CCTV Information Media Co. within 90days after this contract being signed, Consignee has the right to terminate this contract unilaterally and service charge of commodity information broadcast will not be returned to Consignor.
